The weather forecast predicted rain for the next couple of days. So a biking holiday and camping wasn’t an option anymore. Rain at night doesn’t matter, but when arriving someplace, all wet does. In the morning we visited the park for the last time. It was more crowded than before, and people weren’t paying attention to the precautions made in this pandemic period. Probably it was this crowded because it was the last beautiful day for at least this week, so after some time, we went back to the campsite to pack.

Before we packed we had a little picnic. Our tent was between spots, so we took all the time we needed. My daughter was sad this trip was over. She had enjoyed our stay so much. A dream had come true for her.

Our bike ride back home went well. We made several stops and talked about continuing our holiday in another way. We decided to look for sunny weather whit the possibility to camp, bike, swim, and bbq.

All our things were packed already, we just needed to put them in the car. We were able to take a bigger tent, more cooking gear, and food. So we did. We were ready to go, the next day.
