Today in my morning sleep, I was so cold. I was wearing my Norwegian winter socks, a long pajama, a hoodie, and tucked in by the warmest duvet. I experienced this a few times before the past year.

I decided to take a bath. I felt too tired but didn’t know what else to try. Normally when I get into the bath, my feet need to adjust to the temperature. This time I didn’t feel the hot water. I started to feel the water warmth from my ankles up.

It scared me a bit, not feeling the difference in temperature in my feet. I started to have big belly breaths to calm myself. After 1,5 hours and a few refills, I got out. My feet still cold, my body shivering. When I took a look in the mirror, my skin looked as red as a tomato.

I got back to bed, and after 15 minutes, my body started glowing from warmth. I got a headache just before I fell asleep. When I woke up after 1,5 hours, my temperature felt normal again.
