In November 2019 I experienced an extremely emotional and intense meditation during an event organized by Michael Pilarczyk. Since that time I’m more into meditating, with the meditation moments app.

In February 2021, Jay Shetty’s meditations came along when I attended a 5-day reset program. He offers a variety of meditations in life sessions every Sunday. I love his Chakra meditation. All meditations are different, and sometimes I get emotional because life is hard right now. Especially when he says: “You’re exactly where you’re meant to be, you’re not ahead, you’re not behind.”

In April 2021, I started the 21-day challenge for perfect healthy from Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey. It took me longer to finish this challenge because of my fatigue. Some of them I did outside, which gave my meditations another dimension.

During my meetings with RFT, we start with meditation with Paola Andrea Ortiz Mendoza. Always different, and a great start to set intentions for our meetings. The energy that we create together in these mediations is mindblowing. There is trust, flow, creativity, understanding, agility, collaboration, humor and so much more.

Three weeks ago, I met a guy from India via LinkedIn, and he guided me through a mantra meditation to help me heal. It was a great experience. I’m so thankful this is possible, and he did this for me.

Two weeks ago I meditated with several different people. A meditation with John Robbins, with body movements. It was a great and relaxing experience. A meditation to create a more positive mindset and build self-confidence with Marisa Peer. On Saturday, I meditated with Vishen Lakhianito by getting in a theta state and using lofty questions. During a meditation with Paul McKenna, I fell asleep. It was interesting. Because of my fatigue, I got a bit too relaxed. 😉

Once I was a woman who thought meditating was floaty. Now I experience what a great impact it has on my wellbeing. Even the man who helps me with my stockings meditated with me because he was curious and wanted to learn from me. I hope one day, my mind will get more focused again, and I can guide meditations. There are so many teachers crossing my path. Thank you all. I enjoy your meditations so much!
