Months have passed since I had my first measurements taken for medical compression stockings. I got frustrated about people not taking me seriously, again. I emailed my insurance, the factory and the supplier.
From that moment, there was action. A man from the factory contacted me to visit me at home to take the right measurements. He promised me to proceed till my stockings fit and give me the right amount of compression to ease my pain.
As the man from the factory, the man from the insurance was very dedicated to solving my issue. He called me several times, to make sure the process was proceeding.
I told him I got a new pair, still too big. The lower part fitted already, and the man from the factory ordered one pair extra. The part for my upper leg is ordered in class 2 and a stronger class 2 to see what fits. If not, we might have to look for a pantyhose again…
The man from my insurance was happy to hear that the factory was handling it well. So he told me he would close the case, but I could always contact him again if necessary. The day we came back from the beach I found a box with roses and a nice card. I’m happy with the way my insurance company took care of it. I found it of great value that one person handled my case.
